Totaling over 140 staff in 5 offices- New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Sao Paulo and Seattle- the Americas region represents multiple areas of sector expertise within the Aedas practice. Our work encompasses university facilities, housing, corporate offices, sports arenas, healthcare facilities, industrial and cultural buildings.
In 2006, Aedas announced its partnership with the prestigious New York firm Davis Brody Bond. Now known as Davis Brody Bond Aedas, the practice employs over 100 staff and is amongst the USA’s leading architectural design firms. Davis Brody Bond Aedas also has offices in Washington D.C., Seattle and São Paulo. Known for innovative solutions to complex design challenges, Davis Brody Bond Aedas’ work includes high profile academic and cultural buildings, corporate and industrial facilities, and housing.
We are currently serving as the design architect for the National September 11th Museum and as associate architect for the National September 11th Memorial at the World Trade Center. Additionally, we are designing the Smithsonian’s newest museum, the National Museum of African American History and Culture.
In 2008, Aedas added a world-class design practice to its stable when it merged with MEIS architects in Los Angeles. Recognized as one of the 100 top innovators in sports, Dan Meis' designs for Paul Brown Stadium, Lincoln Financial Field, Safeco Field and Staples Center are considered "state of the art" in their respective Leagues. Current Aedas sports projects include the new Los Angeles NFL stadium and ongoing work for Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, NY.
