David brings over 25 years of planning, design and project management experience as well as specialized expertise in the healthcare sector. He has extensive experience in projects with accelerated fast-track schedules, requiring the careful coordination of project team members and varied team consultants.

David currently serves as Project Manager for the National September 11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center. He is also Partner-in-Charge for the Pediatric Emergency Department of Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of New York-Presbyterian as well as Columbia University’s Manhattanville Development.
