Joshua Boren is responsible for leading and coordinating business development opportunities for Aedas Los Angeles and Aedas Sport, focusing primarily on sports and entertainment facilities, as well as commercial, mixed-use, and transportation-oriented projects. Having received his collegiate degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Joshua brings a real estate, finance, and entrepreneurial background to Aedas, previously having worked as a banker and consultant with an emphasis on market and financial analysis for various real estate product types. Joshua is also a die hard sports fanatic, responsible for leading the firm's direction in new international business opportunities related to the sports and entertainment industry and establishment of the Aedas Sport sub-brand.
