Assistant Resident Architect - Station in Dalian
(Ref.: ARA/BJ/AW/1012)

• Relevant recognized qualification with 5 years or more experience including experience on PRC Projects in managing project programme, design development, resolving site issues and problems by issuing AI and general project administration;
• Assists the Resident Architect on a high end Commercial Project in Dalian;
• Experience in large-scale Retail projects will be an advantage;
• Require to attend Site Meetings with different parties and able to resolve technical problems on site;
• Able to work independently and as a good communicator;
• Good command of Putonghua. Basic knowledge in English preferred;
• 12 months’ contract (to be extended as required).
