Resident Architect (Station in Cheugdu, PRC)

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience including PRC project site experience, be able to manage design development, design documentation and detailing, issuing Architect’s Instruction and Project Administration;
• Experience in commercial, office and high-rise buildings is preferred;
• Able to take lead in Site Meetings with different parties and resolve technical problems on site;
• Able to work independently and as a good communicator;
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, Cantonese will be an advantage;
• 30 months’ contract (to be extended as required).

Job Duties:

• Responsible for design development, project management and site supervision;
• Co-ordinate the structural and M&E works;
• Solve technical and construction issues of the site, improve the design works;
• Ensure all site works are of good quality and are in compliance with the contract drawings, specifications and approved drawings.
