HK Int'l Airport, DHL Central Asia Hub Extension

Aedas has completed the Phase 2 of the DHL Central Asia Hub Expansion Project Feasibility Study and is now the Architect and Authorized Person to implement the project. The completed Phase I and the purposed Phase 2 Expansion will operate as DHL’s major hub and gateway in the Asia-Pacific region, to accommodate its future business requirements. The Phase 2 development will comprise new area for the ground floor of approximately 10,573m2. The airside and landside parking areas will be extended to maintain goods vehicle connectivity to the new expansion. The building has been functionally designed to achieve the seamless operation of the CAH and provision of the services under DHL’s Franchise Agreement with Airport Authority Hong Kong (“AAHK”).
