A Regional Manager for Aedas Building Consultancy, Chris leads the Aedas Health and Safety Management team on a national basis. His broad health & safety experience in the construction industry, also includes the disciplines of structural engineering and project management over a period of 35 years.

Chris has provided professional health & safety skills in the education, healthcare, commercial, residential, civic and community sectors. This has included the supervision of all major work disciplines and liaison with designers and clients at all levels on many types of building projects including universities, colleges, crown courts, schools, hospitals, and offices, major residential schemes, for both new build and major refurbishments. This includes the carrying out of regular inspections within the framework of a safety management system, safety awareness training, accidents / incident investigation and raising the profile of Health & Safety.

At all times, Chris is an amiable character who adopts simple but pragmatic solutions to challenges generated from health and safety in design and construction, which are designed not only to provide legislative compliance, but also to provide added value to his clients.
