David is the Leeds Director-in-charge of commissions in the public sector, and with specific reference to Education. He has been instrumental in developing projects which are part of the UK’s Building Schools for the Future programme where he has completed schools in Sheffield, Nottingham, North Lincolnshire and Middlesbrough. He has worked widely on PFI projects for Calderdale, Exeter and Leeds and has also gained considerable knowledge of DCSF Targeted Capital Funding, having worked on numerous Voluntary Aided projects.

David is also in charge of the practice commissions for several civic and community projects.
