Dimi Lee, with particular focus on design and creation, has secured numerous commissions for the company through winning design competitions. He specializes in urban projects in major cities across PRC, demonstrating his extraordinary creativity. Also, he strives for contemporary architectural design that is of outstanding quality and is not confined by conventions by overcoming design challenges and constraints.

Dimi’s significant projects are characterized by large-scale multi-functional developments and high-end residential complex; of which, Evian Town, the well received residential project in Suzhou, won four grand awards from Institute of Architects. Other great selections of designs include Shimao Splendid Yangtze residential project in Wuhan, New World Optics Valley mixed-use development in Wuhan, Yunlord Yunjie Riverside Garden Phase II in Shanghai and Suning Plaza in Zhenjiang.
