Eric is a Director with Aedas and he had over 25 years of professional experience on various projects in the public sector. Since graduation, he has built up a vast and diverse profolio including over 40 projects of more than 10 cities spanning Mainland China, Hong Kong and Australia.

His projects ranges from high-rise residential towers, serviced apartment towers, office towers, hotel, villa, shopping mall and master layout plan. He gained a full spectrum of experience from design, administration works to Conceptual design as well as design support at Construction Stage until completion of projects. Over the years, he honed his liaison skills with reputable developers of HK and Mainland China, possessing a solid ground of knowledge in monitoring the overall budget of projects, ensuring all design deliverable are of quality and yet met with client’s interest within the time frame.

He received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Hong Kong and he is a registered architect since 1991, accumulating solid professional experience through execution of difference projects. He was the project director of twelve highrise towers, commerical centre and clubhouse in Dalian Hai Zhongguo Phase II project as well as the Zhuhai Universal City which comprised of shopping mall, grade A office tower, 5 stars hotel and 3 serviced apartments.

He is currently working on Olympia 66 Dalian, PRC.
