After his graduation in Civil Engineering (Politecnico of Turin) and Architecture (University of Genoa), Marco was trained in Genoa Renzo Piano's office. Later he took a postgraduate Master in Architectural Design at UCLA and from 1987 to 2006.
He worked for Fiatengineering as the Head of the Architectural Department. Marco's key design philosophy is to create the best relationship among sustainability, technology and the surrounding environment. He was a contributing editor for Domus, Abitare and Utet, he is visiting professor for a number of international universities and his works have been published in some of the most important Italian and International architectural journals. His recent projects include the Fiat Research Center in Melfi and the Ferrari Restaurant in Maranello, Italy.
