Aedas has worked as technical advisors for Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust, part of the Interserve Health, supply chain since early 2005.
In the latter half of 2007 the focus of this role shifted from the development of briefing documentation and site identification to the production of a design solution that would act as the Trust’s Public Sector Comparator for inclusion in their Outline Business Case. On a site of less than seven hectares, the scheme will provide a new 90,000 sqm acute facility.
