Ian is an architect and Regional Director based in the Leeds office where he is responsible for the Civic and Culture sector activity. He also has a broad range of experience in many sectors including office, education and hospitality. His current involvement includes the prisons sub-sector and sport and leisure. Ian is the Aedas lead for the MoJ Custodial Property Strategic Alliance and was involved from its inception.

Ian has had significant experience in brief management and related services and has designed and led major tender stage design evaluation processes. He is a registered DQI facilitator.
