AIG is the co-developers of AIG Tower in Central and is occupying six and half floors to accommodate their Asian Headquarter's operations.

The executive areas are arranged over the top two floors of AIG Tower with an interconnecting staircase added to facilitate circulation. These areas comprise an executive office suite, boardroom, lounge area and dining rooms. The general office areas are located at the mid-zone.

The design is used dark timber screens to make innovative use of simple materials to construct a semi-transparent space, simultaneously complementing the neutral toned finishes. Right-angled interior elements are softened by organic fixtures and furniture, while the high gloss flooring contrasts the various textured timber elements.

Indirect lighting, dark timber, and the distinct veining and texture of stone characterize the space with contemporary elegance while creating an atmospheric tone. Silk fabric and timber screens bring a touch of Asian ambience to the space, representing the AIG Asian Headquarters in Hong Kong as a world class corporate office.
