Procter & Gamble (P&G) occupies 28/F – 33/F in Center Plaza, comprising approx. 12,820 sq.m. (138,000 sq.ft.) over six floors.
P&G’s brief called for a truly flexible and egalitarian work environment that is a stimulating and inspiring place to work and where interaction and collaboration are valued. Aedas Interiors responded by creating an open office design based on 1.8m x 1.8m workstation size which is used throughout for all grades of staff, even the CEO.
To satisfy functional requirements, and the requirement for a collaborative environment, a series of enclosed conference, meeting, huddle, phone rooms and visitor touchdown spaces have been provided in a generic manner to each floor.
The design created by Aedas Interiors introduces a series of vibrant colours to meet P&G’s requirements for an “energized” and stimulating environment. A theme of circles and subtle curves is developed throughout the design reinforcing P&G’s brand and moon phase graphic. The design also makes extensive use of transparency of spaces and materials resulting in unrestricted sightlines and openness.
