Jan Young joined Aedas in 2005 and is currently a Director of Aedas Macau.

Following completion of his education, Jan worked in the UK for a year before returning to Hong Kong in 1994 and since has gained over 19 years experience in the field.

He has developed considerable expertise in both Hong Kong and China, upon a wide spectrum of projects including residential, office, hotel, and retail as well as institutional development.

Jan is particularly experienced in hotel and residential design. Together with a good eye on detailing to which Jan has developed while gaining valuable experiences on-site for various projects, he is able to strike a good balance on implementing all aspect of design requirement and adhering its build ability.

In the recent years, Jan was heavily involved as one of the site staff for the Venetian Macau at Cotai Strip^TM, providing site supervision to the 11 million sq ft themed resort and casino development comprising 600,000 sq ft casino, 800,000 sq ft retail, over 1 million sq ft Expo & Congress, 15,000-seat Events Centre, and 3,000 suite hotel.
