Utilizing Aedas extensive expertise in transportation and large mixed use and retail projects - Aedas were appointed to prepare a feasibility concept for the developer led tender of the redevelopment of Katowice Central Station and the adjoining sites.

The project has received positive responses from the Katowice city president and his Council and will be developed in future. The project entails total development area of approximately 136,000 sqm GBA, including:

• Offices 8100 sqm GBA
• Hotel 4800 sqm GBA
• Retail development - 50,000 GBA
• New Central Railway Station-17350 sqm GBA
• New multistory parking structure -22700 GBA
• Underground parking for retail, hotel and offices (commercial) -21000sqm GBA
