Kenneth is highly design-focused and has been responsible for procuring work through winning design competition. Most of his projects are large-scale mixed-use and super deluxe residential development, occupying the best location in the cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Wuhan and Guangzhou. His vision is to create a new urban landscape in the major cities of China, and his unconventional approach in solving master planning problems, produce a lot of exciting and innovative projects. His current projects include Beijing R&F International Plaza, Xingsha residential masterplan in Changsha, residential & commercial development at Shiyangpian Districk, Chengdu Phase one and Da Long Hu msterplan consultancy services in Xin Cheng District, Xuzhou.
