LC is the Managing Director of Aedas Macau and he has been practicing for more than 22 years with significant experience in different sectors across the horizon. His specialty is super fast-track and large scale developments. One of his notable projects is the Venetian Sands Casino which is a new-built casino complex at the heart of Macau with over 100,000 sq m of accommodation space and programs including casino hall, high limit salons, private clubs, 51 numbers of super deluxe guestrooms and more than 50 F/B outlets. This fast-track project commenced in early 2003 and was completed in the first quarter of 2004. His outstanding project management skills have also made him one of the Project Directors of the mega-scale Venetian-Macao- Resort-Hotel which was completed within 34 months. The 1,000,000 sq.m project, which is considered the largest themed-resort & casino development in Asia, includes 80,000 sq m of retail space, a 15,000-seat Exhibition Centre, a 2,000-seat Theatre, a 60,000 sq m Casino, and a 3,000-suite Hotel.
