Over the past 20 years, Soo Sing has gathered extensive experience handling large-scale development in both private and public sectors. From there, he also acquired special expertise in coordinating statutory compliance and processes of cross-disciplinary and multiple-complexity projects.

He  was a Malaysian Government Public Service scholar. He graduated with a bachelor of Architecture (Honour) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Architecture from Heriot-Watt University, UK in 1988.

Upon graduation, Soo Sing join Raymond Woo and Associates Architects and worked as a project architect in various large-scale commercial and residential projects. In 1999, Soo Sing join CPG Consultants and advanced professionally as Vice-President in the Security Division where he undertake the role of project directors and qualified persons in various Institutional and Civic projects.

In 2006, Soo Sing join Aedas Pte Ltd and involved as the Statutory Team Leader in the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort Development where he has contributed significantly in the successful delivery of the project.
