Banader Hotel

Aedas commenced the concept design of this four star hotel located in Manama, Bahrain in spring 2005.The design was commissioned by Banader, a Bahrain company, in association with Rotana, a successful and established operator in the Gulf.
The brief requested 267 hotel rooms, including executive rooms, larger suites and 140 serviced apartments of one, two and three bedroom units. The tight urban site required careful planning of a 45-storey tower to achieve the client’s brief. The development also includes a dramatic rooftop pool and fitness centre.
The height of the tower will enable it to be clearly visible from the Bahrain International Airport and the King Faisal Highway, achieving the impressive skyline requested by the client.
