The results of the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2010 in association with Bloomberg Television have been announced. Aedas designers have once again received the five awards in the residential and the commercial category. The winning projects in commercial mixed use category are the North Star, China (5-star and Regional Winner) and Pazhou Exhibition & Hotel Development, China (Highly Commended). In residential category New Pearl, Vietnam got 5-star and Phu My Metropolis Central, Vietnam got Highly Commended.

Later this year, top scoring North Star and New Pearl will compete against other winning projects from Europe & Africa, the UK, the Americas and Arabia to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.
