Aedas is designing an international resort destination - 'Blue City Amphitheatre Resort Hotel'. It comprises of world class facilities and 122 exquisite suites and villas sitting on a luxurious recreational pool, with splendid sea views, located in Oman.

With its specific geographical location and history of the Sultanate of Oman, the country has created a continuity of style steeped in Arabic culture that distinguishes itself from the rest of the Peninsula.

Aedas strive to achieve an attractive and distinct contemporary Architecture which is imbued with the distinctive cultural heritage of Oman and at the same time demonstrating the importance of climatic control and high energy efficiency against the extreme heat and glare of summer in Oman. The project is currently at its substructure stage and is expected to be completed by end of 2010.
