Aedas is delighted to announce that Boulevard Plaza in Dubai was named Best Commercial Office and Retail Project at the prestigious 2011 Cityscape Awards hosted at at the Emirate Palace Hotel, Abu Dhabi on Monday 18 April.

 Designed by Andrew Bromberg, Executive Director at Aedas, Boulevard Plaza stands as a model of innovation and respect for the community, having developed an architectural language that responds to both the context and the symbolic representation of modern Islamic architecture. Aedas is pleased that it’s graceful, creative and sustainable design for Boulevard Plaza has been recognized by a respected judging panel made up of important figures in the industry.

 The recently completed Boulevard Plaza Towers, developed by Emaar Properties PJSC, were designed with the intention to introduce a meaningful space that integrated emblematic Islamic patterns while challenging the traditional model of a commercial building. Aedas’ design realized the client’s vision for an elegant commercial development and delivers an iconic silhouette appropriate for the vibrant city of Dubai.
