The Aedas Cycle to Cannes riders began the first part of their 1500km journey in Greenwich on 3rd March.

Day one sees all 83 riders cycling the first 97km together to Folkstone, continuing the rest of the ride in pelotons of three thereafter.

The mammoth six-day ride ends on Tuesday 8th March to coincide with the opening of MIPIM 2011 convention.
