Aedas is commissioned by the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong as the Lead Consultant and Architect to design and construct a new campus at the Shenzhen Virtual University Science Park in PRC.

The campus shall provide approximately 12,500sq.m. GFA for the provision of facilities for teaching, office, laboratories, library, showroom, classrooms uses and basement carpark.

The project utilised the latest Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology which interact with other consultants to give an integrated design. Aedas is the Lead Consultant and Architect for this project.
