Aedas is involved in all aspects of the residential sector, from affordable housing to private, luxury and one-off schemes.

We are leading design initiatives in sustainable housing, with successful carbon-efficient schemes already being implemented and others going into planning. This effort supports the UK’s National Code for Sustainable Homes and an overall awareness of the long-term cost and benefits that green residential projects bring.
