Robert Grayson
Managing Director - Building Consultancy
BSc FRICS
As Managing Director of Aedas Building Consultancy, Robert has been instrumental in developing the Consultancy and its services throughout the UK. Having co-founded the Consultancy in 1987, Robert is responsible for leading the delivery of the Building Consultancy’s strategic business plan.
A practicing Chartered Building Surveyor, Robert has led the team in a number of major projects, including significant structural and maintenance works, alterations and new build/extensions to a variety of building types.
Robert is experienced in many types of surveys ranging from the comprehensive structural surveys of large structures to the scheduling of dilapidations, together with planned and backlog maintenance schemes. Additionally, he has been responsible for a number of commissions for “fast track” bulk surveys of whole building portfolios.
Robert is approved by the Church of England as an Inspecting Surveyor and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
