Samantha serves as a Director of Aedas Building Consultancy. She has been involved in all areas of Building Surveying work from legal and professional services for the contract procurement of repair, refurbishment and alterations/extensions. Completed for a variety of building types, this work has involved both traditional and non-traditional construction for both public and private sector clients.

Samantha contributes a diverse range of Building Surveying experience and has been involved heavily in the education and Health sectors where she has developed a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the requirements and operations. With her extensive experience in education, Samantha has developed an in-depth knowledge and close working relationship with relevant Authorities (DCSF, LEA, Diocese). Samantha presently has overall responsibility for 150 schools ranging from minor maintenance to major capital projects.

For several years Samantha has also been an Assessor for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Assessment of Professional Competence.
