Simon is a Principal of Aedas Singapore and has developed considerable design expertise throughout the Asia region upon a wide spectrum of projects including large scale mixed use developments, office, hotel and educational sectors, and is particularly experienced in infrastructure projects, having worked on major rail and airport projects throughout Asia and the Middle East.

His broad skills include client liaison, design, sustainability, construction documentation, project management, and site construction.
