Sinclair Hutcheson is the Director of Aedas Abu Dhabi Office. With over 15 years of experience in Asia, Europe and in the Middle East, he has developed extensive experience in a broad range of projects ranging from MLP/ concept design through to delivery of full detailed construction packages. He is particularly experienced at local municipality co-ordination & progressing works through detailed design stages. Whilst setting-up and leading the Abu Dhabi office, Sinclair is involved in the final stages of delivery of the Manarat Al Saadiyat museum project for TDIC.

Sinclair has also worked on numerous high-end residential and large-scale mixed use projects across Asia and the Middle East. Some of his significant projects can be characterised by the ADNH resort hotel in Abu Dhabi, Karma Lakelands residential development in New Delhi, Le Royal Meridien Hotel in Bangkok, Science Facility & Laboratory Building for Chinese University of Hong Kong, Marina Heights high end residential development at Dubai Marina, UAE and the large scale project Venetian Macau Casino and Sky Plaza, Hong Kong
