Stephen was appointed as Regional Director with the firm in December 2005 and has a wide range of experience working in various sectors of Building Consultancy. Stephen has worked on new build as well as refurbishment and major extension schemes ranging from £30,000 to over £30 million.

Stephen has principally worked in Transport, Social Housing, Education and the Prison Sector on a range of commissions and has led a team of Surveyors on the development of our first Primary Capital School project which is scheduled to get to site later in 2010. One of Stephen's current projects relates to significant redevelopment of the corporate headquarters of West Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive in Leeds and the development of major works at HM Prison in Cardiff and Portland, Dorset.

Stephen has overall responsibility for the delivery and management of our ISO 9001 Quality Assurance accreditation together with our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
