Stephen has extensive experience in large-scale complex development projects in which he is responsible for execution of project starting from feasibility study stage of making detail investigation into restrictions imposed by relevant Government Departments till completion of construction stage. Stephen also has a high exposure in PRC projects. He is a Registered Architect (First Grade) in China and has been the Project Director upon the 49 hectare R&F City mixed-use development in Beijing. He is recently working on The Loft, high-rise residential and Jade City Phase 5 master planning in Chengdu City, PRC.
