Steven has an extensive history in design and planning spanning 30 years, 21 in Asia expertise in the corporate and retail sectors.  He has worked across Asia, Australia, and America and gained a wealth of insight working in these diverse markets. Trained as an architect, Steven understands the three dimensionality of space and the impact it can have on people. Significant projects under Steven’s leadership include MTR’s Corporate Headquarters - Hong Kong, Mallesons Stephen Jacques – Sydney, the transformational change of Suncorp Metway in Australia along with the KNMA Art Museum in New Delhi. Utilizing his expertise in working with existing buildings, he assists clients to maximize the potential and long-term benefits of their real estate assets as well as attracting and retaining tenants. Steven prides himself on working closely with his clients to achieve the highest standard of design.
