Tony together with Keith Griffiths started the Aedas Singapore in 1995. He led two very successful Development bids for the office which is the five-billion Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and the one-billion South Beach Mixed-use Development.

Tony has been engaging with the Local Statutory Authorities and with the Institute of Architects and chairing the Infrastructure and LTA Sub-Committee. He is also a senior Registered Fire Safety Inspector who is responsible for the Fire Safety Inspection and certification of many large projects in Singapore.
