As part of a new city quarter development Aedas has designed a strategic masterplan for a new zero-carbon neutral community, with a masterplan focussed on a single market sector, with a business district as its catalytic core.

Each mini-community has graded densities of accommodation with a single common theme: to be car free and pedestrian encouraging whenever possible.
