This project proposes the redevelopment of an existing football pitch to provide seating for 3500 spectators. Coupled with this will be a spectacular new multi-sports building to replace other existing sports facilities on the site.

These new sports facilities will be realized in the context of the commercial mixed-use development of the whole site, including housing, two hotels, serviced apartments, offices and a 60,000sqm retail mall.

Landscape is an essential part of this concept, with a green roof on top of the retail mall, which is visually continuous with the surface of the football pitch and Krasnaya Street beyond. This landscape effectively conceals the retail mall allowing the intensive development of the site and creating territories for sports pitches and public and private gardens.
