The project site is situated in Xingsha, the satellite town to the East of Changsha. The project dominates a prime location within the region abutting the major road Kaiyuan Road to its South, Dongsan Road to its East, Dongsi Road to its West and Wangxian Road to its North.

The GFA of the whole development is 442,000m² approximately, which constitutes 51 mid-high-rise residential towers and a few duplex sky-houses. The design consists of two main clusters separating by a planned road. Both clusters are mainly residential use with anxillary clubhouse, commercial and educational facilities. Carparks are mainly provided in one level of basement to enhance pedestrianization and landscaping at ground level. The Southern residential cluster constitutes GFA around 240,000m². It is composed by residential towers with height from 6-storey to 56-storey and luxury duplex sky-houses. There are 2 numbers of super-highrise towers situated at the Southeast and Southwest corners of the site serving as a landmark gateway for the development and within the district as well. The high variety of residential products enables the development to suit different needs for different potential occupants. Under the same principle a contemporary design approach in pursuit of simplicity is adopted in order to avoid biases in any particular taste.
