Aedas was the masterplanner and design architect for this extensive 110 hectare residential/commercial/retail/hospitality development. The finished design fully harnesses the potential of the site and its surroundings to create an extraordinary sense of spatial quality. Among many notable features, Aedas created a commercial and cultural centre which integrates into the existing cultural centre at the core of the site. The design also endows the high-rise commercial towers with the panoramic riverfront views of the nearby Delta.
