The call for designing Fortune Centre came upon when the client decided to built a headquarters with an international architectural image. Fortune Centre is located on the coast and opposite the Gulangyu Resort Island. The 192m 43-storey tower is currently the tallest office tower in Fujian Province. It is highly visible and provides an opportunity for an iconic, standalone tower, housing the new headquarters for the client, an uprising property development company based in Xiamen.
