The project is set within the CBD and surrounded by the most influential commercial properties of the city. With a site area of 39,828 sq m, it comprises two land parcels. Parcel A which has an area of 23,136 sq m consists of large mixed-use development, a 5-star hotel, Grade A office building and SOHO while Parcel B, with 16,692 sq m, contains serviced apartments.
