Frank McGoldrick has over 29 years of professional experience in architecture. As a Global Principal he plays a key leadership role in expanding and reinforcing Aedas’ strong presence in both established and emerging markets.

Frank’s breadth of knowledge and understanding of the design and construction industry were gained from his extensive and valuable experiences. He has successfully led many major projects at Aedas. He also possesses unparalleled experience on mega-scaled projects encompassing integrated resort, mixed-use and transport projects. His proven track records include the successful delivery of five Venetian Integrated Resort Developments in Asia, namely The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, Sands Resort Macao, Sands Cotai Central and Sands Macao, totaling 40 million square feet of space. For each project Frank played a key role in leading the entire consultancy teams and he frequently collaborates with international design and engineering consultants from all over the world.

Excellence of design and quality of delivery are the fundamental principles guiding Frank’s approach to architecture, and underscoring all of this is a desire to explore ever more innovative and sustainable design solutions.
