Gruffudd has over 27 years’ experience in Architecture covering a wide range of sectors.

Through his involvement in large multi-use projects, he has substantial experience in dealing with complex design challenges to deliver some of the largest mixed-use developments in Southeast Asia.

He has been recently involved in the design and procurement of large multi-purpose developments in Southeast Asia, with key projects in Malaysia, Myanmar and Singapore. He has extensive experience in dealing with Multi Modal Transport Hubs and the integration of transport hubs into TODs. He is currently involved with a major TOD project in Singapore, which will provide a multi modal transport hub integrated into a major mixed-use development.
