Joanne joined Aedas in 2003 and is now a Deputy Managing Director of Aedas Macau with over 14 years of experience.  Joanne has played a key role in delivering all the Las Vegas Sands' integrated hotel resort projects in Macau for the past decades. These include the Las Vegas Sands Casino & Hotel, the Venetian-Macao-Resort Hotel, Sand Cotai Central, and the recent completion of the Parisian Resort along the Macau Cotai Strip, which accounts to a total gross floor area of over 3 million square metres. Joanne is adept in project management and she is particularly experienced in working on fast track projects. Her relevant experience has equipped her to deal with management and documentation in terms of accuracy and adequacy to ensure technical precision and performance dependability. Joanne also has considerable ability in dealing with government departments and statutory authorities on complex projects for timely statutory approvals.
