At this year’s Asia Pacific Property Awards, four Aedas projects have been named Regional Nominees and will compete at the International Property Awards 2025 to be the Asia Pacific’s Bests and ultimate World’s Bests. The awards highlight the innovation and design excellence of the teams, celebrating the outstanding designs in the industry throughout the year.
1. Learning Resource Centre of Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University (BNBU) No.2 Campus, Zhuhai, PRC (Jointly-designed by Aedas – Global Design Principal Dr. Andy Wen and Executive Director Zihuan Lin, and Desheng (G.D.) Architectural Design & Research Institute) – 5-Star – Best Public Service Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Best Public Service Architecture, Asia Pacific
2. Taichung Huiguo Plot 90 Retail & Office Project, Taichung, Taiwan (designed by Global Design Principal Dr. Andy Wen and Executive Director Nicole Liu) – 5-Star Best Commercial High-rise Architecture, Taiwan and Regional Nominee for Best Commercial High-rise Architecture, Asia Pacific
3. Nansha Futures Industrial Park, Guangzhou, PRC (Jointly-designed by Executive Director Kelvin Hu and China Southwest Architecture) – 5-Star – Best Mixed-use Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Best Mixed-use Architecture, Asia Pacific
4. Parqal, Manila, Philippines (designed by Global Principal Kevin Jose) – 5-Star – Best Retail Architecture, Philippines and Regional Nominee for Best Retail Architecture, Asia Pacific
Along with the above four Regional Nominee projects, 13 Aedas-designed projects were also recognised for their design excellence.

6. Greenland Yushan World, Jiangyin, PRC (designed by Aedas) – 5-Star – Best Mixed-use Architecture, China
7. Xiamen Paragon - Lianhua Lane Complex & Waldorf Astoria Xiamen Hotel, Xiamen, PRC (designed by Aedas) – 5-Star – Best Mixed-use Architecture, China
8. Shenzhen Construction Industry Ecological & Intelligent Valley Headquarters, Shenzhen, PRC (Jointly-designed by Aedas Executive Director Kelvin Hu, Founder and Chairman Keith Griffiths, Shenzhen Capol International & Associates Co., Ltd, and MLA+B.V.) – Award Winner – Mixed-use Architecture, China
9. Solaire Resort North, Quezon City, Philippines (designed by Global Principal Kevin Jose) – Award Winner – Leisure Architecture, Philippines
10. Hyll on Holland, Singapore (Project Director: Executive Principal Neeraj Sharma) – Award Winner – Architecture Multiple Residence, Singapore
