3 Aedas projects recognised at HKIA Annual Awards 2025

We are pleased to announce that Aedas has 3 projects awarded and 3 projects selected as finalists at the renowned Hong Kong Institute of Architects – HKIA Annual Awards this year. This feat highlights our dedication to creating world-class design solutions that are tailored to the needs of cities and communities around the world.

1. Yohoo Museum, Hangzhou, PRC (Jointly-designed by Aedas Global Design Principal Ken Wai and POWERCHINA Huadong) – HKIA Award outside Hong Kong under Civic & Communal Building Category

2. Shenzhen T33 Tower, Shenzhen, PRC (designed by Global Design Principal Leo Liu) – HKIA Merit Award outside Hong Kong under Office Category

3. 369 Hennessy Road, Hong Kong (designed by Global Design Principal Cary Lau) – HKIA Merit Award of Hong Kong under Office Category

4. Shenzhen OCT St. Regis Hotel, Shenzhen, PRC (designed by Founder and Chairman Keith Griffiths and Executive Director Chris Chen) – Finalist outside Hong Kong under Hotel Category

5. Yantai Penglai International Airport Terminal 2, Yantai, PRC (Jointly-designed by Aedas Executive Director Albert Tong, CSWADI and Shanghai New Era Airport Design and Research Institute) – Finalist outside Hong Kong under Industrial / Infrastructural Building Category

6. Chengdu Tiantou Intelligent Harbour Project, Chengdu, PRC (Jointly-designed by Aedas and CSWADI) –Finalist outside Hong Kong under Mixed-use Building Category

Established since 1965, HKIA Annual Awards recognise outstanding architecture designed by its members. It is the most important architectural award given in Hong Kong.
