Aedas-designed projects shine at REARD Global Design Award 2024

We are pleased to announce that Aedas has received a total of 18 recognitions at the renowned REARD Global Design Award this year, including 4 Gold awards, 5 Silver awards, 7 Bronze awards and 2 winning awards. This feat highlights our dedication to creating world-class design solutions that are tailored to the needs of cities and communities around the world.

1. Shenzhen T33 Tower, Shenzhen, PRC (designed by Global Design Principal Leo Liu) – Gold Award in Commercial Category

2. Xinjiang CGDG Korla Renaissance Hotel and Courtyard Hotel, Xinjiang, PRC (designed by Global Design Principal Kevin Wang) – Gold Award in Hotels Category

3. Hong Kong TOWNPLACE West Kowloon, Hong Kong (designed by Global Design Principal Cary Lau) – Gold Award in Hotels Category

4. Guangzhou Akesobio Clinical R&D Asia Pacific Headquarters, Guangzhou, PRC (designed by Executive Director Fiona Chen, Founder and Chairman Keith Griffiths) – Gold Award in Industrial Park Category

7. Nanhu Future Science Park, Hangzhou, PRC (designed by Global Design Principal Ken Wai and Executive Director Feili Shen) – Silver Award in Industrial Park Category

8. Shenzhen Chuanbu Street Experimental School, Shenzhen, PRC (jointly-designed by Aedas Executive Director Kelvin Hu, and Shenzhen WOWA International Engineering and Design Co., Ltd) – Silver Award in Culture / Education Category

The Huanggang Port New Development Project, Shenzhen, PRC (jointly-designed by Aedas Founder and Chairman Keith Griffiths, Executive Director Chris Chen, Shenzhen CAPOL International & Associates Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Transportation Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd.; Client: Bureau of Public Works of Shenzhen Municipality) – Silver Award in Public Buildings Category

REARD Award is founded in 2015 by www.REARDatChina.com. Based in Shanghai, the award programme actively devotes itself to seek for splendid designers. In addition to the classic categories of residential and commercial projects, many other categories have been explored to celebrate those who excel in areas such as city renewal, tourism and culture that pioneer in the industry.
