Mark Pollard, a UK-registered architect, has over 22 years of architectural experience. As an Executive Director of Aedas, Mark has successfully led teams on a number of significant and successful projects internationally and locally. He specializes in leading and managing large teams in the detailed design and delivery of large complex buildings.

Mark possesses unparalleled experience on infrastructure projects, and particularly in rail projects. He has experience at all levels and in most roles relating to rail design, coordination, documentation and construction. This experience includes set up, review, detailed design, and leadership roles on Express Rail Link - West Kowloon Terminus, detailed design and coordination lead roles on Mei Foo, Nam Cheong and Tai Wai Stations, as well as a front end design role on Admiralty and Central West stations on the original Shatin Central Link scheme design.  Mark has also managed mega-scale integrated resorts including the 12 million square feet Cotai Central for Venetian in Macau comprising over 6,000 rooms and other gaming, entertainment, and MICE facilities.

Whilst gaining this experience he has successfully developed structured document control, management and production systems. These include various systemwide and common design element packages to ensure design consistency, economy, and operations and maintenance efficiency.
