Important Information for Our Clients, Partners, Vendors, and Suppliers

We wish to bring to your attention the increasing prevalence of fraudulent activities targeting organisations like ours. It has come to our notice that individuals and groups are attempting to exploit our company’s name to deceive clients, partners, vendors, and suppliers through various means, including impersonation and false communications.

Types of Fraud to Watch For:

Impersonation Scams: Fraudsters may use advanced technologies, including AI-generated images and voices, to impersonate our executives during phone calls or video conferences. Be cautious of unsolicited requests for sensitive information or financial transactions.

Written Communications: Be alert to emails, messages via WhatsApp, Teams, WeChat, or other instant messaging platforms that appear to come from our company or staff. These may involve requests for payments, confidential information, or suspicious purchase orders.

Recruitment Fraud: Be wary of any unsolicited job offers or requests for personal information or payments for processing applications that do not come from official company email addresses. Our recruitment processes always involve direct communication through verified channels.

How to Protect Yourself:

Verify Communications: Always confirm the identity of anyone reaching out to you on behalf of our company. If something seems off, do not hesitate to seek clarification.
