Responsibilities:
• Serves as liaison in between department and offices
• Provide assistance to staff, managers, and senior-level officers as required
• Perform clerical duties, such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
• Receive and forward communications to different staff, departments, and external parties.
• Directs administrative productivity in accordance with management directives.
• Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required.
• Manage and coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, visa applications, and other logistics for Executives and Directors.
